Instructions to Play FNF Mods Unblocked:

FNF mods begin with a story and lead to a tutorial, after which you’ll get to choose to play against any character from the Story mode or Free-play mode. You also get an option to choose the level of difficulty as per your experience and skills.

The objective of the game is to perform in various songs and get the beat right. There will be musical battles taking place in rings. Arrows will appear on the main character’s head that need to be matched at perfect timing, a second early or late will cause you to lose the game. There is a progress bar on the corner of the screen that records the number of missed notes, too many will cause it to turn red and you’ll lose while green indicates victory.

There are several levels in the game that are further divided into weeks and dance styles. To reach the last level of the game, you’ll have to improve your performance skills.

If you’re a pure beginner to this game, it is better if you start with the Story play mode. Get to know all the characters and learn their back story. The game tests your reaction skills, as in you how quick your intuition works in pressing the right arrow key at the right moment. This may sound easy, but as you proceed in the game, the combinations of arrows will fly faster with each press.

Story Mode:

In this mode, the players get to select their own choice of levels whose scores are later on combined in a final week score. To summarize, there are a total of 7 weeks and 22 official tracks. Most of these weeks include a new antagonist or a couple of them.

Players also get to choose between the modes of difficulty, from Easy, Normal and Hard.

• The first one is for the freshers of the game, here you’ll find the speed of the arrows will be very normal and playable. There are only a certain amount of notes to match.
• Normal mode is for the intermediate players who have got a hold of the game. The speed is just a little bit more than in easy mode. The amount of notes that pass is also decent.
• Hard mode comes with the highest level of difficulty. If you are up for a challenge, then this mode is perfect for you. The arrows pass at a high speed making it extremely difficult to keep track of them. As compared to the previous two modes, the amount of notes is higher and harder to match.

Free Play Mode:

The second game mode of the series allows its players to select their choice of song. It is the perfect way to practice and perform songs by skipping the earlier ones.

Unlike the Story mode, the tracks are listed in the old to new order and with each week, the background color changes. All the high scores tracked in the Freeplay mode won’t affect the scores tracked in the Story Mode. However, higher scores from either of the modes will be given priority in the end.

FNF Mod Game Characters:

1. The main hero of the FNF Mod game is the Boyfriend who is an excellent performer! As for every Boyfriend out there, his rival is the EX who is very good at dancing and is a rockstar. As for our beloved, he is a good looking guy who likes to carry a hip-hop look. He wears a white T shirt that goes with a pair of blue jeans, a red cap and blue hair. But the best thing is, every week you get to see him in new dashing clothes!
2. The second main character of the game is the Girlfriend. She is a beautiful girl who wears a short red dress that goes perfectly with a pair of red shoes. Her hair is brown in color that totally compliments her face and clothing.
3. Boyfriend considers this character as his enemy, Daddy Dearest. To state the obvious, he is the father of the Girlfriend and father-in-law to the boyfriend. He has also been a rockstar in his life, so he knows how a rockstar leads a life, thus the reason why he is against the couples relationship. But at the end of the day, he is a father and wants to give the boy a chance. Our beloved Boyfriend has to pass all his tests, or else he’ll end up losing the girl! He is a tall man who wears a black suit that contrasts well with his purple skin and dark hair.
4. The mother of the girl, Mommy Dearest is another important character in FNF Mod that you’ve to impress. She is a good looking woman who carries a tough look. She has beautiful long hair and wears big earrings. Just like her daughter, she also wears a short red dress throughout the game that looks amazing with long heeled boots. But do not underestimate her, she is a goddess when it comes to rhythm battles!
5. Pico comes in the 3rd week to challenge you in a battle. He is a child but doesn’t look like one, because of his weird look that includes a green T shirt that goes with a pair of brown pants and red sneakers.
6. Tankman is another fun character of this Friday Night Funkin Mod series that will be introduced to you in the 7th week. He wears a black tank top, a helmet and glasses.

Apart from these characters, there are plenty of others that play an important role in making the game fun and challenging.

В сопровождении заранее записанных песен требуется вовремя, согласно ритму звучащей музыки, производить нажатие на стрелки клавиатуры, в соответствии с экранными указателями. Нижняя часть геймплея обладает «шкалой сражения» и очками, которые даются во время всего игрового процесса. Ее заполнение происходит при своевременном нажатии пользователем правильных команд, которая становится меньше при совершении ошибок. Победить можно только при совершенно полной шкале.

Победить каждого соперника придется трижды, а одного – только два раза. Очередная баталия сопровождается иной музыкой, число стрелок возрастает, происходит ускорение.

В ходе игрового процесса отсутствует какое-либо пояснение по сюжетной линии. Предоставлением описания занимается разработчик, основываясь на проектной документации, появившейся по ходу работы. Далее, когда выпускается обновленная версия Friday Night Funkin запланировано устранение данного недочета, с дополнением геймплея кат-сценами.

Персонажи

Селевер (англ. Selever) — персонаж с белыми растрепанными волосами и хвостом. У него тонкие черные рога и черные крылья (унаследовано от Сарвенте), он носит розовый свитер, черный галстук-бабочку, белую майку и черные сапоги на высоком каблуке.

Во время «Атаки» и «Атаколования» он явно злится, и его позы изображают его с пурпурными глазами.

В Атаке и Aтаколовании, Селевер сражаясь с Парнем отнимает его здоровье. Когда у Парня отнимается здоровье он не может убить его, Но может оставить с 1 единицей здоровья. Таким образом он заставляет игрока не ошибатся во время своей очереди , или он просто проиграет

Факты

Personality

As a typical male teenager, Selever is an uptight, hyperactive, disrespectful individual who does what he likes, makes inappropriate jokes, and does not care about the consequences of his actions. From his various note poses and his overuse of profanity, he does not take things seriously. According to dokkiedoodlez, he is like a «fuckboy» that treats everyone like they’re his sexual partner («side hoe»).

He does, however, have a good side despite having extremely chaotic behavior around strangers. After spending in isolation in the void with his sister, Rasazy, he takes care of her sometimes and comforts her when she gets upset. As a brotherly figure, he knows that he should not act weak around his sister and must protect her at all costs. Rasazy needs hope, and someone needs to tell her that everything will be alright.

Trivia

• It is unknown what the liquid in the bottle is exactly, however atsuover has dubbed it «T H E L I Q U I D».
  • Specifically, it is not water, soda, or any alcoholic beverage.
  • atsuover has stated that «T H E L I Q U I D» is just a carbonated drink. However, she doesn’t mention specifically what said carbonated drink is.
  • When atsuover states this drink as «T H E L I Q U I D», a specific sound effect plays.
• Annie is so short in Week 3 because she needed to fit with Pico’s sprites. Similarly, she becomes taller in Week 5 to fit Monster’s height. atsuover states in her video, «Friday Night Funkin’ X atsuover MAKING THE MOD«, when Annie drinks «T H E L I Q U I D», she becomes taller, and her hair covers her eyes. All jokes aside, her height in Week 5 is indicative of her canon height.
• Speaking of Week 5’s Annie sprite, her original concept art had «T H E L I Q U I D» drip from its bottle. atsuover stated that she simply forgot to add this detail in.
• Boyfriend’s Voice in this mod is sampled from Bopeebo. atsuover, though, said that she could potentially do a custom Boyfriend voice where he actually speaks.
• Her design is inspired by what the creator was wearing during one night.
• «Good Enough», «Lover», and «Tug of War» all originate from actual songs by atsuover.
• The name of the song «Mediocre» might originate from Atsuover’s original song, «Ms. Mediocre». The song appears to be a beta version of «Nerves» from the Smoke ‘Em Out Struggle mod.
• In «Animal,» at approximately 0:34 the vocals start to share the leitmotif of «Good Enough.»
• Seen in atsuover’s mix of Release and Animal (Unleashed) it is believed that Annie would say «Take a swig of this!» in her unused song of the same name. In Lover there’s a little jingle on the next turn that sounds like Fading. This jingle is actually used in Fading from the Smoke ‘Em Out Struggle mod.
• atsuover has said that she might remaster the mod.
• Annie is typically confused with atsuover‘s persona, however, atsuover has stated that they are separate characters.
• Originally, before Annie’s redesign, she was considered a self-insert however she is now considered an original character.
• atsuover has stated on her Twitter that Annie is transgender.
• The sprites for Annie were made using ToonBoom, making it one of the few times that a character’s sprites weren’t animated in Adobe.
• VS Annie as well as Smoke Em’ Out Struggle have a physical release album, dubbed «Hazy River» which includes all of their songs as well as a few extra on CD, Vinyl and Cassette Tape.

• Theoretically, even if Selever and Rasazy broke through the canon universe, time would collapse on that universe. The worst-case scenario is that all of them would stop existing.
• Selever always makes sure that he gives Rasazy enough books for her to read.
• Selever and Rasazy never interrupt the alternative universes. They watch as if it was a movie.

• A male version of Dokkidoodlez’s persona also resides in there with Selever and Rasazy.

• On Mother’s Day, Selever would collect pink roses and secretly give them to every Alternative Sarventes without them knowing.
  • For the last rose, they would place it close to the canon portal since they cannot enter that one.

    Since the roses wilts, they give a fresh new one every year.

На сцене кроме двух персонажей находится, как обычно, Герлфренд, а еще здесь гитарист и барабанщик группы СиДжея, которые подыгрывают ребятам.

Хотя CJ и вкладывает всю свою энергию в песню, но получается у него не очень хорошо. Он признает свое поражение и в этот момент появляется на сцене Ruby. Вокалистка опоздала на представление и сейчас СиДжей предлагает ей спеть против Бойфренда, поскольку у нее настоящий талант. Несмотря на свою скромность, она соглашается и становится заметно, что ее мастерство на гораздо высшем уровне. Мелодия играет динамично и выиграть становится куда труднее.

Если же удастся пройти и это испытание, то CJ предложит выступить Бойфренду сразу против их дуэта. В эту беседу вмешивается Герлфренд с замечанием, что так не честно и становится в пару со своим парнем. Так начинается третья мелодия, в которой принимают участие сразу две пары с четырех персонажей! Каких-либо ловушек или необычных ситуаций не возникает. Сложность возникает только в связи с высоким ритмом мелодии и большим количеством появляющихся нот. Над победой придется хорошенько потрудиться.

Что представляет собой игра?

Как такового сюжета в Friday Night Funkin нет. Она представляет собой сборник музыкальных «батлов» для сингл-режима. Главный герой — парень по имени «Boyfriend» (сокращенно упоминается как BF)

Его главная задача — завоевать внимание своей подружки «Girlfriend» (упоминается как GF). Но их отношениям препятствует папа девушки (упоминается как «Daddy Dearest»)

И чтобы завоевать его доверие, BF решает продемонстрировать свой музыкальный талант, сражаясь с различными персонажами в музыкальных батлах.

Как они проводятся? Под заранее записанные песни нужно своевременно, в ритм играющей музыки, нажимать стрелки на клавиатуре согласно текущим указаниям на экране. В нижней части геймплея отображается «шкала сражения», а также очки (общие для всей игровой кампании). Она заполняется, если игрок нажимает вовремя правильные команды, уменьшается, если совершает ошибки. Победой считается тот случай, когда шкала будет полностью заполнена, что и сигнализирует победу BF над его противником.

Над каждым соперником нужно получить 3 победы (над одним из них — всего дважды). В каждом новом сражении используется новая музыкальная композиция, увеличивается количество «стрелок» и скорость их движения.

В самой игре пояснения по сюжету нет. Описание предоставил сам разработчик на основе проектного документа, созданного во время разработки. В будущем при выпуске обновленной версии Friday Night Funkin этот недочет планируется устранить, дополнив геймплей кат-сценами.

Abilities

• Alternate Reality Creation: Selever can create his temporary parallel world for him and his sister to meet their parents.
• Portal Creation: Selever can create portals to access different alternative universes.
• Dimensional Travel: Selever can access and travel to different universes.
• Immortality: Selever and his sister Rasazy cannot age.

  Immortality runs through the family. A child of Sarvente and Ruv can gain immortality permanently somewhere during puberty. Selever gained immortality at the age of 17, and Rasazy gained hers at the age of 14. Both of these ages are the typical stages of puberty for humans.

• 4th Wall Awareness: Selever can access the player’s files in real-life and figure out their name. This ability was also confirmed by dokkiedoodlez on Twitter.

Особенности FNF vs CJ (Starlight Mayhem)

У мода FNF vs CJ (Starlight Mayhem) есть ряд своих особенностей, выделяющих его среди большинства других творений по мотивам ФНФ.

1. Мод создан на основе движка Friday Night Funkin: Mic’d Up, что значительно расширило возможности диалогов и анимации. Также совсем по-новому смотрится меню и система навигации. Смотрится свежо и оригинально.
2. Есть возможность выбрать не только уровень сложности, но и режим игры – марафон, либо бесконечное прохождение до проигрыша. Дополнительное разнообразие, которое создает новые вызовы для игрока.
3. Автор использовал разные мелочи для улучшения игры в виде графического контента – неигровые персонажи, прорисовка деталей. Среди зрителей концерта можно увидеть персонажей популярных ФНФ модов, таких как Хекс, Уитти, Кэрол или Трикки. Присутствуют тут также герои других известных игр таких как Майнкрафт или Undertale, например.

Общие сведения

Жанр — музыкальная игра в стилистике «Ritm’n’Map». По игровому процессу схожа с Dance Dance Revolution и Oni. В визуальном плане напоминает флеш-игры начала 2000-х годов, так как в дизайне используется растровая графика (без разбиения на пиксели при масштабировании).

Изначально игра выпущена только на ПК и в форме онлайн-приложения (с задействованием OpenFL, поэтому в мобильных версиях браузеров работает некорректно). Но из-за наличия открытого исходного кода, фанаты в дальнейшем её портировали и на Linux, и на MacOS, и на Android. А в 2021 году планируется её выход также на PlayStation актуальных поколений, Xbox и Nintendo Switch (без физических копий, продажа запланирована только через онлайн-площадки).

Системные требования разработчиком не заявлены. Но игра с приемлемым FPS работает даже на интегрированной в процессорах графике с поддержкой аппаратного ускорения в веб-интерфейсе. FNF пойдет и на слабых ПК.

History

The Nothing World

In an alternative universe of the Mid-Fight Masses mod, Sarvente and Ruv had children, Selever being one of them while the other is his little sister, Rasazy.

Dokkiedoodlez, the artist and animator of the Mid-Fight Masses mod, has created a void called The Nothing World. The Nothing World is an empty, white void where Dokkiedoodlez’s OCs are placed in there. She would then contemplate and decide each OC’s fate whether they can exist in the canon universe, or be killed off by her. Selever and Rasazy are the ones currently being decided along with the male version of Dokkiedoodlez’s persona.

Selever’s Life

Selever and Rasazy both woke up in a void called the Nothing World with only basic knowledge of themselves, their family connections, etc. As time passes by, they eventually learned about their powers and the canon universe. Unfortunately, Selever and Rasazy cannot enter the canon universe and cannot visit their parents physically, they can, however, watch over them. It was a cruel life. In the meantime, all they could do is live in the nothing world, hoping that the canon world will welcome them someday.

Признан безвозмездным, созданным фанатским сообществом, которые считали своей целью создание полноценной игры, основываясь на оригинальной Friday Night Funkin. Графическая составляющая преобразовывается (становится неоновым стилем), добавляется новых режимов, сложностей, боссов, музыкальных композиций. Мод появляется в публичном доступе, однако продолжается его активная доработка. Главным преимуществом является наличие неонового режима, где улучшается видимость каждой нажимаемой кнопки. Благодаря этому происходит упрощение в игровом процессе освоения для новичка, ранее не сталкивавшегося с подобными играми.

Основное количество модов можно получить посредством официальной группы в Steam. Чтобы установить отдельные, требуется установка на ПК Friday Night Funkin, прочие публикуются в качестве готового установщика, куда уже включена оригинальная игра.
